Scouting Medical Forms. Completed and printed medical forms are required annually. For events less than 72 hours only sections A and B are required. For events lasting more than 72 hours sections A, B, and C along with a front-and-back copy of the participant's health insurance card are required.

BSA Safeguarding Youth Training Safeguarding Youth Training is mandatory for ALL registered adult members (including leaders, program participants, and volunteers). After completing the full Safeguarding Youth course once, a 15-minute refresher and retest is required each year.
